- IP address – for technical support, security, and fraud prevention

- MAC address – when using MAG Boxes for activation

We use WhatsApp Business for customer communication. WhatsApp (part of Meta) may process certain data. We have a data processing agreement with Meta and only use WhatsApp Business functionalities. Information about data processing on WhatsApp can be found in WhatsApp's privacy policy.
12. Privacy for Children
Our service is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 18, please contact us so we can delete this information.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if necessary to comply with changing legal requirements or changes to our service. The most current version is available on this page with the date of the last change. For important changes, we will actively inform you via WhatsApp or email.
